Having, Parents, DOCTOR, Tell, Smoking, finds, and/or, marijuana, teenager

If a doctor finds a teenager is smoking marijuana and/or having sex does the doctor have to tell the parents?

I am in Florida but I am interested in laws in other states too. Also, if the doctor is not compelled to tell the parents, if the parents were to ask outright could the doctor use confidentiality? What are the basic limits of underage teenagers right to privacy.

Well, if you find the right doctor, maybe he'll keep his mouth shut if you just have sex with him, too! LOL
